Our winter gear sale generated over $500 in revenue for your PAC! Thank you to everyone who donated, helped out, and shopped.
Since that sale was such a smashing success, we are going to do another one right away! This next sale will include the following types of items:
- Halloween costumes (hold off buying new if you can!!)
- Kids’ books
- Sports equipment (helmets, skies, cleats, etc. etc.)
- Spirit wear (did your kids already outgrow theirs from last year? Pass it along to another proud UHE student!)
We will also bring out the winter gear items that didn’t sell on September 25th – so if you missed it, you get another chance.
We will accept donations of all the items listed above from Wednesday October 6th – Thursday October 14th (in the morning) in the bins at the end of the rainbow walkway and outside the office at the school.
The sale will take place on Thursday October 14th, 3:30-5:30pm outside (rain or shine), between the school and the playground. Bring cash and bags to help you haul your treasures home.

We are looking for volunteers to help with sorting, pricing, and setting up from 2:30-3:30pm on Thursday October 14th, volunteers to help with selling from 3:30-5:30pm, and volunteers to help with take down from 5:30-6pm. To get involved, please email us at universityhighlands.pac@burnabyschools.ca
