Burnaby Grade 5 Be Active Pass | University Highlands Elementary

In September, all Burnaby Grade 5 students will receive a registration form from their classroom teacher.

Students must take the completed Registration form to their local recreation facility where they will be issued a Be Active card that will give them access to a variety of free activities around Burnaby.
Burnaby residents who are in Grade 5 but not attending School District 41 are also be able to register by filling an application form and submitting by the end of September.
Completed application forms along with a birth certificate and proof of residency must be taken to a local recreation facility where a Be Active card will be issued.
Please note: Every time they come to a Burnaby recreation facility, students must bring their Be Active card and swipe it at the front counter to be admitted.
