At 5:30pm, the doors will open and we will have refreshments, sandwiches and desserts before the meeting. Childminding will be provided and all are welcome.
As a reminder, all parents and guardians of UHE students are members of the PAC and entitled to a voice and a vote at PAC meetings.

In addition to the usual agenda items, at this meeting we will also be holding an election for DPAC representatives. The University Highlands PAC has a vacancy for two representatives to the Burnaby District Parent Advisory Committee (“DPAC”). The DPAC is the recognized voice of parents at the district level, and is made up of representatives from each PAC in the Burnaby School District. These school reps act as a liaison between their school PAC and DPAC, representing the views and interests of their PAC. More information about these positions and how to nominate yourself is found below the agenda, at the bottom of this email.
We encourage you to consider nominating yourself for one for the DPAC positions, and to be involved in this process by coming to vote!
