Join us on Thursday, September 13, as the staff at University Highlands Elementary host an Open House. As your children meet their new teachers and learn the routines for the school year, we would like to welcome our parents and caregivers to do the same. Childminding can be provided if necessary.
We have created a flexible format for our Open House, allowing families opportunities to meet primary and intermediate teachers, our Music teacher and our Teacher Librarian. The sessions are offered after school and are repeated in the early evening to allow for family schedules.
The format is as follows:
3:00-3:30 Welcome and introduction to our library (Library)
3:30-4:00 Welcome and introduction to our primary/intermediate teachers
4:00-4:30 Welcome and introduction to our music program (Music Room)
BREAK
5:30-6:00 Welcome and introduction to our music program (Music Room)
6:00-6:30 Welcome and introduction to our primary/intermediate teachers
