On March 7th at 7:00pm the UniverCity Community Association will be holding its second Town Hall. The focus of this Town Hall will be safety concerns, specifically an upcoming petition to the City of Burnaby to install speed bumps on University Crescent, emergency response times and a call to develop an evacuation plan for Burnaby Mountain.
The Mayor of Burnaby (Mike Hurley), Member of Parliament (Terry Beech), SFU – External Relations (Joanne Curry & Sobhana Jaya Madhavan), and other City of Burnaby representatives will be in attendance. Please see attached for more information.
